Chapter Projects

The members of the Bluff City Sams Camping Chapter are indeed grateful for the opportunity to travel around this great and beautiful country.   Because of this, we feel strongly that we must give back to those less fortunate than us.  We support the following projects in our efforts to help others.  Click on the logo to learn more about them.  Click here for the latest Ronald McDonald House wish list.  Click here to learn more about pull tabs.

The picture to the left show members Janie Nix and Jack Sams presenting a check and cash to Sherri Bushong Maxey, Director of Housing Operations. 
 
Bluff City Sams continuously presents cash along with the monthly delivery of wish list items.  The supplies collected by Bluff City Sams and many other organizations in the Memphis - Shelby County area used in three kitchens.  Family members use these kitchens and supplies to prepare meals for themselves and others during their stay at the house. 
 
In the picture below left, chapter members are shown in the Wall Doxey State Park lodge with gifts, wish list items and pull tabs for Ronald McDonald House - Memphis.  Below right, Janie delivers pull tabs collect by the chapter members and friends.
